Tefba Radiator Filter

Available to suit Top Radiator Hoses 1 ¼ (32mm) & 1 ½ (38mm) inch.
The Tefba Filter is provided with a course and fine filter and a spare “O” ring.

They are easy to fit, simply cut 50mm out of the top radiator hose and fit the filter with the provided hose clamps (double check flow, “in” towards water pump, out towards radiator). Once fitted open the cap remove the filter and lift the plunger, this is how to clean unit, re-install the plunger and filter and make sure the “O” ring is in place.

The filter is provided with the course filter fitted and it is recommended you run the vehicle for approximately 2 weeks and check the filter and clean. If there are large deposits clean the filter and run for several more weeks, if there is minimal deposits after 2 weeks change over to the fine filter and check every 2 weeks and clean. After cleaning always check that the “O” ring is still in place (a spare “O” ring is provided in the kit).
